Edward counsels hundreds of Fortune 500 companies, small and medium-sized businesses, women and minority-owned firms across a diverse set of industries including information technology and technical services, oil and gas, medical and healthcare, agricultural commodities and food products, and construction and building technologies. Consultations with companies from these sectors have ranged in issues from market access and compliance to commercial conflict and dispute resolution.
Edward has spent most of his professional life advancing the interests of companies doing business in global markets. After leaving the practice of corporate law, he dedicated his career pursuits to assisting people and companies with their international strategic market needs. He served former State of New Jersey Governor Christine Todd Whitman as the Director of New Jersey’s Office of International Trade managing multiple overseas offices. He is a former American diplomat and U.S. Government trade official with extensive experience in managing foreign government relations at the highest levels. And, for well over a decade Edward served as the Chief Executive Officer of the U.S.-Saudi Arabian Business Council managing the Council’s offices and staff in the United States and Saudi Arabia promoting the interests of the American and Saudi public and private sectors in growing trade and investment between the two markets.
